We had a famous Clark curry at Hokkaido University. It's a must if you come to this university. The curry was very tasty, and bright color of vegetables makes its curry eye-licous! The curry also comes with 8 different kinds of condiments. Restaurant Elm is owned by Sapporo Grand Hotel, but you can get this curry even in Tokyo. The restaurant is in the faculty house of Hokudai, but unlike in the United States, anyone can get in.
Can't wait to get warmer in the spring, Ohno-pond (right front of the restaurant) will be surrounded by beautiful fresh greens!
