Dr. Paul de Figueiredo from Texas A&M University visited our laboratory and gave a seminar. Dr. de Figueiredo is a colleague of Dr. Kobayashi at Texas A&M, and we are closely collaborating with his laboratory. We thank the Ito Foundation for their generous support for his stay at Hokkaido University.
