Dr. Gabriel Nunez visited Hokkaido University from Michigan University. His request for food was sea urchin, so we took him to sea urchin specialized restaurant, "Murakami". This restaurant is very popular, many people have been waiting in front of the restaurant before it's open.
Menu includes uni-don, uni sashimi, uni tsukudani, uni marinated in soy sauce, grainy sea urchin roe, etc. Everything you can think of sea urchin varieties, they had it. Of course the taste was excellent. Freshest sea urchin, best in Sapporo!
